Dwaeji Bulgogi (spicy Stir Fried Pork)

Dwaeji bulgogi merupakan daging Babi (돼지 Dwaeji)
Daging ini biasanya dimakan dengan daun selada / daun wijen/dan daun yang lainnya. Biasa kalau makan di restoran Korea suka di kasih banyak daun-daunan untuk dimakan bersama daging. Dagingnya biasa ditambah sedikit nasi, bawang putih, kimchi, bombay, cabe atau campuran bahan lainnya dan dibungkus di dalam daun selada, dan setelah itu dimakan bersamaan kesemuanya.

Resep yang ini sih enak ya… saya lumayan suka, cocok dengan lidah saya, dan suami saya yang suka pilih pilih makanan saja lumayan suka masakan ini. Kali ini saya menggunakan daging babi, namun dagingnya bisa diganti dengan sapi. cara memasaknya cukup mudah kok bagi pemula pasti bisa juga masak, tapi bahannya aja yang mungkin harus di cari khusus di supermarket Korea.

      1’m just doing this blog to spend my time, because i’m a house wife..i always loves to write and i share my hobby like cooking, watching k-drama, and some of my artwork in this blog.

      when i started this blog, i just want to share my experience with others. it doesn’t take a lot of work for me because i love to do it, i just follow my mood and do it when i have a time
